recyXchange is a recyclables exchange i.e. a digital marketplace for trading recyclable assets that are convertible to fiat money.

You may also buy & sell NBA, MLB, NHL, NFL, and EPL sports team units for a profit using recyclables as a medium of exchange. (FYI: The value of sports team units is mainly determined by the teams performance. The better a teams performance or standing, the higher its value.)

The purpose of recyXchange is to help increase the fun and rewards associated with recycling and subsequently, increase everyones desire to recycle.

In order to trade, its necessary for you to recycle using the recyPay mobile application. (You also need to be logged into recyPay in order to submit a trade order within recyXchange.)

recyPay gives you the option to trade your recyclables in order to increase their value (the amount of money you get paid for recycling.)

Tapping the "Trade" button in recyPay causes your recyclables to be transferred to recyXchange from where you can then trade them.

recyXchange does not guarantee that the value of your recyclables will always increase. However, it guarantees that their value will never decrease below whatever it originally is (their value at the time of transfer from recyPay.)

Additionally, the value of your recyclables can never increase beyond whatever it originally is unless you trade them at least once.

recyXchanges base medium of exchange is called COC. Its made up of 20 Coca Cola and Coke bottles and is the ticker symbol that represents both bottles.

Once you transfer any Coca Cola or Coke bottles to recyXchange, theyre immediately converted to COC.

In recyXchange, only COC can be used to BUY. Therefore, when you SELL anything, you get COC in exchange ie you SELL for COC.

To view all your recyXchange assets (recyclables & sports team units) as well as their corresponding dollar value, tap the "Account Balance" button. You may withdraw your assets anytime. When you do, their corresponding dollar value is transferred and added to your recyPay account balance. You may then get fiat money (funds in your local currency) transferred to you anytime by tapping the "Request Payment" button in recyPay.

TO TRADE ON RECYXCHANGE, ALL YOU NEED IS RECYCLABLES. RECYXCHANGE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT OR TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF MONEY TRANSFER TO ANYONE. NO ONE FROM RECYXCHANGE WILL EVER CONTACT YOU AND REQUEST FOR MONEY.

Besides trading, you may use the recyXchange app to view the value of the various recyclables and sports team units you care about.

Because the concept of trading recyclables is new, the following terms and definitions have been developed:

RECYCLABLES EXCHANGE
A digital marketplace for trading recyclable assets that are convertible to fiat money.

INITIAL RECYCLE OFFERING (IRO)
An investment in the recycling of a recyclable asset that makes the asset tradable on a recyclables exchange.

SECONDARY RECYCLE OFFERING (SRO)
An investment in the recycling of a recyclable asset that is currently trading on a recyclables exchange.
